Reports and client proof

Proof reports are PDF exports you can send to clients to show what was crawled, what issues were found, and what the Fix Plan recommends. They're designed to be client-ready with minimal extra work.

What's in a proof report

A typical report includes: the crawl URL and date, a summary of URLs and issues, the Fix Plan (Top 10 and Quick Wins), and optional sections for specific issue categories. You can choose which sections to include before exporting. The PDF is self-contained so clients can open it without Frog Radar.

Exporting a report

After a crawl (or from a saved scan), open the Reports section and click Export PDF. Pick the sections you want and any branding options (Pro/Agency). The file is generated locally and saved to your chosen folder. You can attach it to emails or upload it to your project tools.

White-label and branding

On Pro you can add your logo and company name to reports. On Agency, white-label options go further: reports can show only your branding, with no Frog Radar branding, so they're fully client-facing. Configure this in Settings under Report branding.
