Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly (e.g. account details, support requests, payment information if you purchase a license). When you use our website, we may collect log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited). Our desktop app is designed to process crawl data locally; we do not upload your crawl results or the URLs you crawl unless you use optional cloud features (e.g. saved scans on Pro/Agency). API keys you enter for AI Visibility (BYOK) are stored locally and are not sent to our servers.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; to process transactions; to send important notices (e.g. security or billing); and to respond to support requests. We may use aggregated, non-personal data for analytics and product improvement.
